  OK, thanks Paul. Since Steve is now at Hovatter RD, we'll wait until he can
  let us know what his involvement is and then go from there. That being said,
  if we do need to approve funding we can always take a provisional vote. I've
  already given My "YES". Two more board members  approving and we can make it
  happen, regardless. The only issue will be in the accounting.

  The budget in this area is "Computer & Web".  I think Steve Coe is paying
  for the web site (via GoDaddy), and if he's still going to do this, then we
  could indeed spend some of the $100 budgeted.
