[sac-board] Christmas party....

Hey All, 

OK, talked to the wife, and Dec. 7th appears to work for us to hold the SAC 
Christmas Party.  What she and I are in need of are details about how it 
goes....such as what supplies we need, do we need to purchase them or does SAC 
do that, is the potluck completely random, or do we have to coordinate the 
dishes...etc, etc.  Maybe I should put my wife (Marsha) in touch with AJ's wife 
about how it's worked in the past?  Any thoughts, tips, traps, etc.?
