Thad, I think you have a pretty good idea here but I'm not sure what is 
meant about the constitution thread.  Should we look forward to the 
latest wording Paul has put in place, does it involved copying a number 
of selected comments or is there something more I haven't mentioned.  
However this selection turns out we will need several copies for 
everyone to review.  Perhaps not a copy for everyone, mainly because we 
don't know how many will be there, but enough so two or three can share 
one copy.
