[sac-board] Re: Board meeting topics....

I agree with Paul's Idea. This will keep it simple and make final result
more likely. I also agree that the membership should be in on the final
vote, if not officially then as a gauge as to which way the majority is
leaning.

There is only one questions that needs answering at the board meeting:

(1)     Does SAC want to follow the advice of its counsel?

Per message #2 which AJ posted, Kimball's advice was to have releases
signed at each event, including our monthly star party.

If we choose not to follow this advice:

(2)     Does SAC what to require releases for only special events like
        the Messier Marathon?

What the releases contain, is not germane to this decision, and should
not be discussed at this meeting.

If the decision is no for question (1), then this needs to be taken
before the general assembly also.  It's important enough that the
membership in general should vote on it.
