[sac-board] Board meeting and a vote question....

OK, September is our normal month for holding a board meeting.
I'll need topics. 

Also, it was asked of me if there will be "voter in absentia" allowed.
That is, can a member who knows they will not be attending be allowed
to send in their vote to be counted?  Do we have provisions for this?

Please send me what you have....
