[sac-board] Re: Board Meeting Friday

I'll not make the board meeting, recovering from surgery.  Jack Jones 
indicated he would take care of secretarial duties.  Rick Tejera will handle 
the Marathon stuff because I'll not make that either.  In fact I'll talk to 
Rick tonight, he will cover for the MM.  A public announcement will be made 
about the MM changes so folks won't be surprise, I'd just like to speak with 
Rick first.
