Oh well, the point is we should have one, but I didn't want to start a
discussion on here, just note a Board item. I'll bring it to the Board
meeting and we'll mark it up and then we'll have an official one, to use for
special events or whenever we aren't feeling lucky.

Rick, I hear you, understand the reasoning behind your position and still
don't
like it.

How would the logistics be handled for getting signatures so people could be
allowed access to the site?  This certainly adds much more in the way of
organizing and controlling the event; something which I would not be very
happy
over.
