[sac-board] Re: Assistant Webmaster Position

I don't think any more are needed. I don't really need or want everyone
in the club who is versed in web maintenance having access.=20

The only real reason I'm asking or Board Approval, is that the
appointee, will have access to the websites' passwords. Not a big deal,
and I trust Peter completely, but I still think we'd (the board) need to
give him our stamp of approval.

I don't recall if that was done with Stan, but that was not on my watch.
For the record, I trust Stan as well.

With that being said, and Since no other candidates have presented
themselves. I move to vote to approve Peter Argenziano as Assistant
Webmaster.

Count my vote as Yea.

The web master is a standing committee, just like our other non-elected
board personnel. Why does there have to be just one additional person
on that committee?
