As a backup to the webmaster, I don't think the assistant will be making
changes that affect the overall design of the site.
That being said, I use GoLive, Dreamweaver, Front Page or Ultra Edit 32
depending on the how the site was developed and what the server is
configured to allow. I have the entire suite of Adobe and Macromedia
products (though Macromedia is now owned by Adobe). For simple editing of
html or xml data I prefer UltraEdit.

What software is used to edit the SAC site? The assistant Webmaster would
have to have that software to make changes.
