Thanks Paul.  I say for now, send Rick THIS version for inclusion into the 
NL.
THIS IS IT, NO MORE CHANGES!  Any minor changes can be done afterwards,
and won't be a big tooth-pulling experience.  99% of what is needed is here, 
and I
believe suits everybody's concern.  (Everybody who help draft it, that 
is....)

Rick, thanks for your patience.  I will direct blame over the late NL away 
from
you at the Sept. meeting.

Everyone, thanks for your patience, persistence, and cooperation.  This is 
indeed
a large step for SAC and it's members.  It is important to remember that the
members will decide what is in the club's best interest this coming meeting. 
And as
I have been stating, the time for debate regarding this amendment will be 
once the wording
is in place and before the vote.  This time is NOW!  I will open a thread on 
SACforum
for this exclusive reason.
