Again, I guess I don't get "It". As a SAC event is it SAC's prerogative to
set the requirements of said events. Again to reiterate, it is the
participants choice, not a right. Such a lawsuit as you mention would be
without any merit.

You misunderstood me. The lawsuit I am referring to is a lawsuit 
brought against SAC by someone discontent at having been rejected 
from the star party for not signing a waiver.
