Again there is nothing within any of this that says that we will require =
signed waivers for participation in an event.

After posting this message, I made a quick update to Article XII to
define what a club event is (the first line).

Much later, after rereading Kimball's message, I added a line in
Article VI.

So, in support of the waiver, there are changes in Articles III, VI,
and XII.
