Where I come in to play, is that I know the printer, and usually get
involved designing, and printing the shirts.  Usually small custom jobs like
these are either paid for in advance or paid for when picked up.  One of the
advantages of knowing the printer, is that he can carry part of the cost
until after the shirts sell (Sometimes even longer as long as most the
materials are covered).

I haven't been to a board meeting in awhile, but I believe we discussed most
of this back before we printed the All AZ shirts last year.

FYI - the 2XL and 3XL shirts are usually a couple bucks more.  The actual
cost of the 2XL and larger are often quite a bit more.  Believe it or not
the small children shirts are often more than the standard sizes also.
