Well just find some members to volunteer more time.

We do lots, just as long as it doesn't involve spending time or an
on-going effort. The exceptions are those who've been officers and group
chairpeople, and we're in danger of burning those out.

What we need is a group building project. Somewhat like the telescope
making project in 1989-90. This brought Rich Walker and me into SAC.
EVAC's far more successful mirror/telescope making project (SAC had 8-12
people while EVAC had 20-30 people) built the core of their club in the
early 90's (circa 1993).

Other than the work on the Deep-Sky Database (which was pretty much
finished as a group a decade ago), everything has been geared towards
individual projects. This includes the Deep-Sky and the ATM groups.

I would be willing to lead a mirror making project, assuming we can find
someplace that can handle 10 to 20 people grinding class. I've never had
to purchase materials before, but I'm sure there's enough people in SAC's
ATM group that these details could be covered.

I'm sure there are other possible group projects that would get the
membership working together.
