To be perfectly honest, I don't think that "Novice Group Chairman" is a
board position, but I do vote to incorporate the club.  If that =
reasonable
act will protect club members and board members, even a little bit, I =
think
it is worth it.

Regretting the delay, I've just been trying to absorb what's being said =

about incorporating SAC while in the meantime investigating the matter =

and seeking useful advice.

At the very least, I would like to put the vote about incorporating to =

the board meeting and the general meeting this Friday. =3D20

If we vote for incorporation, I will take the matter in hand, compile =
=3D
the paperwork, and have it all together by the board meeting we are =3D
apparantly having again next month.
