Regretting the delay, I've just been trying to absorb what's being said =
about incorporating SAC while in the meantime investigating the matter =
and seeking useful advice.

At the very least, I would like to put the vote about incorporating to =
the board meeting and the general meeting this Friday. =20

If we vote for incorporation, I will take the matter in hand, compile =
the paperwork, and have it all together by the board meeting we are =
apparantly having again next month.
