[sac-board] 5 Mile Meadow "Necessary"

I've called Lil Stinkers (the company we use last year) about the porta
potty for 5 Mile Meadow. The lady remembered us well and still had all our
stuff on file (must be a small file 'cause she found it in a right quick
hurry. Anyway she has to check with her husband about the rate, as the price
of gas may have raised it from last year, which was $150.00. I told her we'd
only need one stall, she said last year he probably had an extra as we only
paid for one. She'll let me know the cost by tomorrow and I'll post it here.
I've got it reserved for the weekend. 

 

As for the other place that I got a hold of, As I mentioned, I didn't get a
warm feeling about them. Seemed to rather not have to got out side of Flag
if he didn't have to and also seemed to think it wouldn't be available at
the time we are planning. So even though they were a bit cheaper, As I
recommended last conversation, I went with the known quantity. Figure if we
get 20 people up there to "Chip" in $10.00 a "head" to the "pot", we'll be
more than able to cover the cost. Even if we don't cover, the club's
liability on this should be minimal, What the hey we got over $ 5,000 in the
bank :-).

 

I'll let you all know the final tally tomorrow. Al, I'll get you the address
to send the check.
