[sac-board] 25 years ago day

A group of 14 people got together today at Glendale Community College to
organize a list of "suggestions" to forward to the officers of the Phoenix
Astronomical Society (PAS) for the upcoming PAS meeting on February 25.
The results from this meeting were published in a newsletter on February
16 entitled: ACTION! Astronomy News (ACTION = Ad-hoc Committee Toward an
Improved Organization Now!)

This was the first movement in the formation of SAC.
