I too use Skymap Pro and My time agree with Aj's to within 4 minutes. I'd say 
the difference is I'v e input AZ -city as a location, AJ may be using a 
generic location. Are you sure you have DST turned off? Go to the Observing 
location button and make sure the DST box is toggled off.
