We have a conference call scheduled for this Friday, April 3, at 4:30
p.m. EST.

Our agenda:
o Assign note-taker
o Quick update & kudos to the New Orleans Team: Stephen C.lapp,
Eleanor Brownfield, Kyoko McCrae
o Get updates from the teams who are leading Learning Exchanges. If
you are on a team, be prepared to give a brief report.
April 11: SC: Ebony Golden,m Shon SIms, Gwylene Gallimard
April 25 : Carpetbag: Gwylene Gallimard, Paula Larke, Margo Miller
Richmond: Laura Schandelmeir, Ebony Golden, Trey Hart
o Annual Meeting: Trey Hart & Prissy: are you getting the
participation you need?
o Input from all about agenda items for the June RSC Retreat --
confirm participation so we can arrange housing
Kathie and Gwylene will co-organize; need to confirm local
coordinator (could double as LE host)
o Discuss budget, particularly how to assign fees. We have been
doing this in retrospect, and need/want to model our best principles
by having this discussion in advance!
