co-coordinator of the Meeting itself. (Ebony, hope you're getting

I wanted to let everyone know, based on the survey we did at the
meeting, that the best time for our retreat is the weekend of October
23-24. We sincerely hope that Stephen & Laura, Paula, Priscilla and
Latonnya are able to come that weekend.
Melanie, Ebony and Jaehn can NOT come that weekend, but that weekend
was the one with the least number of conflicts, so that's why we
decided to settle on it.
Please mark your calendars....we are considering having the retreat
in Baltimore, so that we can support the Festival planning and the
learn directly about CultureWorks!
