Subject: [roundtable] Message to new general Round Table mailing list from Tammy
Hi,
I have just subscribed all email addresses that are currently subscribed to the
Round Table Executive Committee list on Freelists ("roundtableexec" mailing
list ) to the new Freelists general Round Table mailing list "roundtable",
which will shortly replace the list being hosted by e-bility at the moment.
Currently the circulation for both lists is the same (Executive Committee)
while settings are being tested, but very soon that won't be the case. You
will be able to identify which list messages originate from by the list name,
in brackets, at the beginning of the subject line.
Could I ask that you respond to this email advising:
1. Did you receive a welcome message to the roundtable list?
2. Did you know what the message was for?
3. Was the message clear?
4. Did the message provide all the information you feel new list members
will require? Or should I add further information?
I am hoping to send a few test emails to this list over the next few days and
then subscribe all users on the current mailing list (hosted by e-bility) by
the end of next week.
