We've gone through this topic before. I suppose you are pretty safe if you use only film speeds up to ASA 400. Someone suggested that you could get away with 120 film in plastic cans on you body because they are not metallic (worth a try??).
You can also request handcheck with sealed 120 rolls in a zip loc (good luck!).


Another strategy is to buy the film in the country you visit (easy with Formapan in Prague) and Fed EX it back using FED EX's film sensitive label. I received some special-ordered 24 x 30.5 Ilford paper that way recently.

Just my 2 cents. The Rollei is a great travel camera - the one I would choose if only allowed one.
