The screw is based on a M3x0.5 x 15 metric cap screw. It has a slightly larger knurled cap attached and the tip has been pointed. So a 15 or 20mm long cap screw should suffice. They are readily available in UK/Europe - John
If you can do whatever it is you want to do by just starting with a metric screw, just call San Diego Hardware.
Failing that, there is always McMaster-Carr, assuming you are willing to buy them by the pound.
