Failure to get through tempts me to be more succint: Are there
filters/filter adaptors out there that would allow me to fit a filter on
both lens of a bayIII rolleiflex (eg 2.8 gx/fx)?

Hi Listers
Thanks to an earlier thread it would seem that a bayonet to series 6 or 49mm
adapter would give me some cheaper filter options. However I'd still like to
conveniently protect both lenses when I'm finished up - I'd rather not
unscrew the adapter and then have to put on the standard twin lens cap. I
might add I'm not a fan of the twin cap anyway as I have occasionally
flipped up the taking lens half as I 'bagged' the camera.
Wondering would one solution be to use a dedicated BAY 3 UV (permanently) on
the viewing lense and keep a permanent bay3 _adapter_ on the taking lense?
In this way filter change/ lens protection would be a little slicker albeit
at the risk of forgetting to take off the (single) lens cap... I guess the
big issue though is whether it will be possible to fit both together - looks
like it might be a tad tight?
