The only difference in quality was in the eveready cases which
accompanied the cameras. The Cord cases were of MUCH
poorer quality leather than the Flex cases. Thinner leather too!

All Rollei cases from the 1950's seem to suffer from rotting of the thread. I've heard several explainations for this but, whatever the cause, the problem seems universal. I've had to restitch every Rollei case I've ever had.
BTW, all of these cases are marked "Made in Germany Depose". I assume Depose was the manufacturer of the cases. Does anyone know anything about this?
