Edmunds Scientific still sells 'First Surface Flat Mirrors'.
You should be able to take one of those with your broken
mirror to a glazier and have him cut you an exact
replacement.

Is this a flat mirror? If so the Edmond mirror would
probably work but the Rollei mirror may also be a dichroic
mirror meant to reduce the heat from the lamp. I am not
familiar with the internals of the projector. Edmonds might
have dichroics of the right sort.
The trick to cutting thin glass is to use a carbide
scribe rather than a glass cutter. Such scribes are
available at hardware stores. I got one at Home Depot for a
few dollars.
