Unless you've shot them. My experience with Angenieux is with their 16
and 35 mm cine lenses, and it has not been good. Two zooms I've shot
have been so poor that you could see color shift while zooming. Both
lenses also had problems with their coatings. These were late
80's-early 90's vintage lenses...

In fairness, I have a real prejudice against zoom lenses from any
manufacturer and always tried to go with primes if the budget allowed.
Also in fairness, there are any number of Angenieux lenses that are
excellent by reputation... I've just never shot them so I can't say
one way or the other...
