[rollei_list] Two mystery pieces 3.5F

I just got a used 3.5F and am not quite sure what two levers do. The upper
left size of the front of the camera (on the left when you are facing it)
has a lever with a V on it. On the body behind the lever are a lightning
bolt and a bulb. These are for flash sync (strobe or bulb)? On the bottom
right is a lever around the synch socket, but it doesn't move. Is that
something to lock the flash cord to the socket? Is there a self timer on
these, not that I want one, but I'd like to  know where it is.
