I assume dilution b.
With any delver the dilution is a big deal.
Somebody said any developer is ok just as long as you dilute it right.
Or any developer can be made to look like any developer if you dilute it
right. All ridiculous exaggerations but you get my point.
Its like saying "I had meat for dinner".
