I remember when you offered to loan it out. I have a copy and, based upon my past experience, thought you were stretching into the ozone. I've lost books and tapes over the years this way. There seems to be a black hole into which all loaned books and tapes go!
I hope you find it, and if you do, tell me where as I might have something there as well...
