[rollei_list] TLR

I just got back from a friends who happened to have a Rolleiflex Automat 6x6 Model K4A (as far as I can tell from the web - s.n. is 1287946 with a Zeiss-Opton Tessar (75mm/f3,5) and Heidosmat 75mm/f2,8). It's a bit banged up, but my friend apparently bought it for next to nothing many years ago and has never used it. I asked if I could try it out for a few days...

So now I plan on cleaning the lenses (also got a load of filters, lens hood, mirrored lens caps, leather case, etc) and running a roll or two of film through it.

Any advice/tips/anecdotes about this particular model? Is it worth having in the event he tells me I can buy it from him? I'm not a collector, I want cameras I can use. I was thinking it would be nice to have a TLR for snapshots and the like, as well as my 35mm Nikon. Not anything I need, just curious...
