The OP/Tech straps do work great & I have one on my MX-EVS, however, some of
the other old Rolleiflexes don?t seem to have an easy way to attach a normal
strap.

My suggestion would be an OP/Tech strap -- they are great for heavy cameras.
These neoprene straps make any of the old, heavy classic cameras appear
lighter-weght than they are...

Get a wide strap as the thin ones will cut into your shoulder and neck.
I've been thinking about procuring some horse reins and getting my favorite
shoe repair guy to make some elegant straps from those. Mercy!

I bought a small camera bag at a local store that is small and fits
one Rollei and some filters and a flash if needed. Made by Western
Pack. Nice and relatively inconspicuous.
