Is this with regard to - "momentarily" depress the shutter-button, - or -
"momentarily" knock him on the head? The first is correct. The second may
be illegal and give cause to be sued for damages.

I have never heard of D.M.A. Virgo either, I'm
afraid.
UK films used with a US market in mind often use
American words rather than English to avoid confusion
in the larger market. The use of "momentarily" with
the US rather than UK meaning in the first Harry
Potter film leaped out at me for example.
