I just ordered a Canon 9950F.

The local pro shop says the Nikon 8000 and 9000 are very very nice, and cover 90% of what most users (including pros) need. I figured I can use the Canon for contact sheets and smaller stuff, and for the few really great shots I can splurge to have a service bureau do a drum or Imacon scan. It's only a hobby, after all :-).

In case anyone in scandinavia is interested, it appears that they have an Imacon for sale (cheap!) too....

Cheers,
Thor

I am trying to decide on which one to get. Coming
down to the nitty
gritty of the decision and I am still neck n neck
