I have their gorgeous "coffeetable" book "Natur im Nahbereich" and
there is a chapter by them in the 100-page+ Rollei SL66 promotional
book I have on my shelf ("Die Rollei SL66 in der Wissenschaft.."
etc.). I am sure others on this list have that book.
Yes, I think there is a distinctive look to nature and close-up
photographs taken with the SL66. Must have something to do with the
waist-level viewing and maybe (??) with the particular Zeiss lenses
developed for the camera.

Thanks. I am not familiar with that nature work that you cite. Its
amusing when a certain piece of equipment or photographic approach
causes us to unwittingly repeat the past work of others.
I use a Gossen Luna Pro F incident meter and a Soligar Digital 1
degree
spot meter for all of my work.
