I do not have time to print and my darkroom is in boxes - but I scan my 
pictures in about 140-180 MB file sizes - Do all the retouch needed and then 
scale them to the sizes I whant them
I am behind some 5000 slides and negatives I need to scan and for the time 
being my printer, a HP, can print 13 x 19  but I am not satisfied with the 
quality so I am looking to get an epson A2
Fall 2004 I had one of my pictures of some wild flowers printed in 3 x 3 
metres for a stand at a book fair in Copenhagen - for a journal on natural 
science I publish - the file size was 784 MB it was a bit heavy to handle on 
the computer while doing the retouch - but i sure looked good - I used a 
S-Planar 120 on my old  Hasselblad body - that old macro lens is great and 
the single coating makes it a little soft
