You beat me to it in that one. Beyond that there are lubricants and there are lubricants. 1. Try filling your differential with WD-40 and see how long it lasts.2. Put some WD-40 in a shallow pan and see how long it takes to evaporate, that is if you can stand the smell.
3. Pack your car's front wheel bearings with WD-40 and take it for a fun drive. You will love the smoke it generates, that is unless the bearings bind first.
