[rollei_list] Rolleikin and Panoramas

Here - after all the Pizza - is a Rollei question:
Can a (modified) Rolleikin adapter be used for making 56 x 36mm(?) Panoramas on 35mm film with a Rolleiflex TLR. I guess they would have to be verticals (portrait orientation) given the way the film runs through the camera. Anyone tried this?
