I have a large stock of mirrors, and they are interchangeable on all the
later model?s. I think the older mirrors are slightly shorter, than the
newer ones but Todd can clarify it wont make any difference one the mirrors
in place.

I'd like to add I think Todd is right, the people selling mirrors in eBay
are offering mirrors for Rolleiflex 3.5 models but Rollei parts catalog
numbers don't distinguish between 3.5 and 2.8 lenses specifically since we
are talking about the viewing lens, in fact the Rolleiflexes with 3.5 taking
lens use 2.8 viewing lenses from the first Automat model in 1937.

 

As I wrote below, the Rolleiflexes 3.5/75 and 2.8/80 taking lenses (2.8/75
and 2.8/80 viewing lenses) use the same mirror 04265.00.0 from the
Rolleiflex 3.5A or MX to the F models including the T , (perhaps even from
the Rolleiflex 3.5 or X but I don't have the data for this model). 

Rolleiflexes Automat I, II and III even using a 2.8/75 viewing lens use a
different mirror, I think the same mirror regarding newer models but
manufactured different.

Rolleicords from the III to the Vb use the same mirror 03071.00.0 a
different number regarding Rolleiflexes, however Rolleiflex Automats and
Rolleicords I and II used the same 03221.00.0 number mirror.-
