David, I bought a Rollei 35-German from a list fellow a few years back. It needed reassembly. fortunately Todd was on the list and he supplied me with some new primary parts. I had it restored by Fleenor and it looked and operated like new.. Later I listed it and had a bidding frency. I easily got my investment back. This is a camera that I should have kept! I had a Singapore 35E that performed well for me too. It seems that these cameras are holding their price very well. Your new 35SE in the box would be highly sought..
