Sam, when you're looking at the web page that has the 28 page layout,
click on one of the pages (first page would be a good start), it will
appear in a new browser window, larger. You can then print that page.
Hit the "next" link in the upper right, and print that page, and so
on - you'll get each page in its full size (9.72x6.87) on an 8.5x11.
The images (pages) are in screen resolution (72ppi) and will not
appear all the sharp on the printed page, but will be useful for
reference.
