[rollei_list] Re: Rolleicord 2 Shutter

Why do you think Rollei changed the shutter?, it's evident that in your long 
camera history someone did it out of the factory; Rollei never could put a 
shutter that way, with a no useable cable release and the socket for other 
shutter. 
The info about shutter speeds and f stops are displayed by rotating rings 
around the shutter but they are not part of the shutter itself, they are linked 
to the shutter, the cable release and the shutter cocking and release lever are 
part of the same ring, I'm only describing parts, I'm not a technician an it's 
necessary to see the camera and to have the camera in your hands to give a good 
opinion and a god explanation and suggestion.-
