They are still in demand because they are good cameras
Roger, and about the flash the Rollei 35 has the shoe
on the camera edge, you only need to shoot the camera
putting it backward, BTW you need a flash according
the camera size. 
The Contax T3 key features must be re-set after every
exposure; autofocus gets confused easily and they need
batteries, the Contax T cameras are bigger than the
Rollei 35, the Rollei 35 enters into normal shirts or
pants pockets.
The Leica Minilux has the E02 shutter error problem,
suddenly it dies, it's unreliable,expensive,loud
startup, focussing and "firing" noise; battery hungry,
very small viewer with only 2 leds as indication
(focus, flash, out-of-range exposure).(Comments from
