Thanks for this. I thought 6 & 20 would be that, but couldn't be sure. Why f8? 
Wouldn't the DOF scale apply as normal, why would some distances be optimal, 
and be given the designation of hyperfocal.

Is this all documented somewhere I should be reading? I've found manuals for 
the 2.8 models, but not for the 3.5s.

What do you mean by the meter "could become heavier"?

By the way Carlos, you have your father's pictures that he'd taken 50 years 
ago. I have a picture of my dad waiting to board his airplane from Damascus, 
Syria, headed to New York, back in 1952, with the Rollieflex I now use strapped 
around his neck, hanging against his torso in its ever-ready case. I'll get 
around to scanning it sometime. He's charming now, but he was dashing then, and 
the Rollei over the trench coast was just the touch.
