Yes Marc, "bought" is not the exact or right word, however it was in
1970 that Zeiss Ikon took over 100% of Voigtländer after the
"Voigtländer-Zeiss Ikon" company was created in 1965, the Zeiss
Foundation bought Voigtländer from Schering AG but Voigtländer worked
as a separated company regarding Zeiss Ikon initially.
