[rollei_list] Re: Rodinal Question

I've been using Rodinal since the 50's and have, on occasion, misplaced partially used bottles, only to find them a decade or two later. They worked as if they were new even though the contents resembled blackstrap molasses!
There are two known things in this world that never spoils... honey, and Rodinal!

How do you tell if Rodinal has gone bad. I just opened a 125mm bottle I purchased 6 months ago and the stuff seems rather dark brown with some brown residue at the top of the bottle. Is this normal? Can I still use it?
