There are two Rolleimagic models, the original
Rolleimagic also called Rolleimagic I and the
Rolleimagic II; the Rolleimagic II has the advantage
that you can also select the shutter speeds, f stops
and exposure values manually, the Rolleimagic I can be
used in three modes only: Auto, Flash and B, the mode
flash allows to use 1/30 shutter speed.
Flash synchro for both models is 1/30 only -one of the
important differences with the normal Rollei TLR-, the
maximum shutter speeds are 1/300 for the I and 1/500
for the II, the slower is 1/30 for both models
-another important difference regarding the normal
Rollei TLR- and B.
The focusing is produced via the lenses first element
movement -other difference regarding the normal TLR-
however it does not cause visible image degradation
for normal size prints IMO in comparison with the
other Rolleis.
I have a comparison between my 2.8C and my Rolleimagic
at the Rollei Gallery, but the site is not working
