       According I suggested in a previous message and
others members suggested too, a practical way to
obtain a good reading is to put the filter on or very
close to the lightmeter cell. Using this method with
my old coated Rollei filters B III, the light red
requires -2 stops, the orange -1 stop and medium
yellow 1/2 stop, however with orange and red filters
you can vary the exposure to fortify or to soften the
filter effects; sometimes, according the subject, you
can obtain nice effects avoiding to compensate the
exposure or compensating less than the lightmeter
reading.-

Hm, for me those filter "steal":

1 stop - Medium yellow
2 stops - orange
3 stops - light red
