It is a "24-Bild-Schaltung" for the Rolleicord Vb (PR 281/1). It is
for 120 size film.
Yes, the Rolleikin is for 35 mm film or "Kino-Film".

links on the internet where it is called Rolleikin, but I think
this is not correct, as -if I'm right- the Rolleikin works with
